Missing vehicle located at Southland parking area

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported finding a vehicle that had been reported missing earlier near Southland in West Memphis. The owner was notified, plans to pick up the vehicle, and reportedly gave consent for the officer to search it for belongings.
