Possible domestic dispute with yelling reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible domestic incident at a residence on Lisa Drive in West Mifflin after an open 911 call with a male yelling in the background. Officers were advised the involved man may have alcohol and drug issues and a non‑extraditable warrant from South Carolina.
