Disturbance involving two men, one possibly with knife

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a disturbance outside a store near Cypress Street involving two men with backpacks. One of the men was reportedly possibly armed with a knife and had been walking toward North Fourth Street on foot. A caller later reported that one of the men, wearing a gray shirt, was standing outside the store.
