Vehicle partially in water with one patient rescued

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and law enforcement responded to a possible water rescue near 33rd Street in West Palm Beach. A car was in the water but not fully submerged. One patient was removed from the water and brought to the embankment, and responders used a ladder to help move the victim. The patient was still being assessed for possible traumatic injuries.
