A large party with many juveniles and vehicles gathered near South Valentine Avenue and Church. The group dispersed with reports of cars leaving the area and some yelling. There were possible traffic issues due to the event. Emergency personnel monitored the area to ensure people left safely. Additionally, a report was made that at an AMPM location, a clerk tried to run over the reporting person with a vehicle; no injuries were reported, and no medical assistance was required.
