Single vehicle incident on Louisville Nashville Turnpike

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a possible single-vehicle incident involving a white GMC Terrain near 15th Street and Louisville Nashville Turnpike in West Point. Fire and EMS were sent to the area but had no contact with anyone on scene and the response was then canceled. No injuries were confirmed.
