Dispute over property leads to phone grab

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a possible trespassing and assault during a property dispute near Alabama Avenue in West Sacramento. A property owner reported that a realtor placed an open house sign, recorded video, and tried to install cameras in the backyard, and that the realtor allegedly grabbed the owner’s phone. The involved parties were reported waiting near 17th Street and Alabama Avenue.
