Suspicious person reported near 4th Street homes

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and deputies discussed a possible suspicious person complaint near 4th Street and Buckeye in West Salem. Callers reported a man, described as a white male wearing a (description withheld) and jeans, and deputies were asked to recontact the caller to see if he entered any location.
