Report of person heard being hit at Wendy’s drive-through

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports that staff at a fast food restaurant on Montauk Highway in Oakdale heard someone say "Stop hitting me" over the drive-through speaker. A black Nissan sedan may have been involved, but the subject was reportedly gone when officers were notified.
