Reckless vehicles racing on Wabash Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched near Wabash Avenue for reports of a possible reckless driving incident involving two vehicles that appeared to be racing toward Route 18. A person in the area later reported seeing two trucks and a minivan traveling on or near New York Avenue.
