Woman reported lethargic after taking unknown medication and cutting her arm

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent for a reported threat/possible attempted suicide near Greenwich Rd involving a woman who was reported lethargic and said she took medication (unknown what/amount) and cut her arm.
