Driver in purple SUV leaves road while using phone

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint on Egypt Road in Westfield about a purple SUV that reportedly left the roadway into a ditch while the driver appeared to be looking at a phone, then reentered the road and continued driving.
