Mulch fire near building on Old Riverhead Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported mulch fire near a commercial building on Old Riverhead Road in Westhampton, possibly started by discarded cigarettes. Units noted a nearby hydrant and reported that the fire appeared to be out but might have been rekindling under or near the building area.
