Officer checks on two people at Homestead Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment building on Brook Park Road after a 911 caller reported an intoxicated woman on an upper floor who said she wanted to harm herself. In a separate contact, officers spoke with two people at a nearby park about park hours and they were leaving.
