Person hit head, feels nauseous at Simplex Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported medical emergency at a business on Simplex Drive, where a woman apparently hit her head on cement and was feeling nauseous and going in and out of consciousness. Radio traffic suggested the incident may have involved a workplace at (number withheld) Simplex Drive, possibly identified as Avantor or IPL, with someone waiting outside to direct responders toward the correct building. Fire units, including Engine 2, were dispatched, given directions to the building near the main fire alarm panel, and reported arriving on scene a few minutes after the initial call.
