Suspicious person with cart near Ogden Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man with a shopping cart near Ogden Avenue by Bentley at Founders Grove. He was previously seen lying in the grass and possibly urinating in bushes before walking south on Florence.
