Man suffering heart attack; reports burning sensation on arms

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are dispatched for a 30-year-old man reporting a possible heart attack and that his arms are burning after water exposure near the 100 block of Maple Lane in Westmoreland, Tennessee.
