Children locked inside red van with air on in Tennessee

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a vehicle lockout on Phillips Hollow Road, where a woman was locked out of a red Dodge Caravan with two children still inside. Responders discussed using tools or breaking a window to get the children out safely.
