Unconscious diabetic woman found breathing at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible medical emergency involving an unconscious adult woman at a residence near Promised Land Road in the Weston Mills area. The caller reported she was initially breathing but later was not breathing.
