Dog welfare concern at Westport residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible animal neglect situation involving dogs left outside without water at a residence near South State Route 3 in the Westport area. The caller reported prior contacts with animal control about the same location. During the same radio traffic, units also received a report of a speeding vehicle tailgating other traffic near a shooting range on the same route.
