19-year-old male overdoses on cholesterol pills

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to an apparent overdose involving a 19-year-old male near Avenue A in Westville after he reportedly took about 20 cholesterol pills. Some first responder units were later told to disregard while medics continued toward the scene.
