Group riding dirt bikes over grass near plaza

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a group of four to five people riding dirt bikes over the grass and heading toward a plaza near Morrison Avenue in Wethersfield. The incident was reported to local police for follow-up.
