91-year-old man with heart failure and shortness of breath

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a care facility on East Lincoln Way in Wheatland for a 91-year-old man who was awake and breathing but experiencing shortness of breath and apparent heart problems. Dispatchers also briefly discussed a separate earlier 911 caller on Bluff who reported someone yelling before hanging up.
