Man collapses, not breathing at Richmond Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical incident near the 2300 block of Richmond Drive in Wheaton, where a man around 55 years old reportedly collapsed in a driveway and was not conscious or breathing. CPR was started while fire and medical units were arriving.
