Traffic stop of Nissan at Grove Cafe

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a tan 2000 Nissan near a cafe on Kruger Street in Wheeling. A records check on the driver showed a prior no-extradition warrant entry and a flag for violent tendencies related to a past failure-to-appear obstruction case. Another officer separately checked on two broken-down vehicles near a construction zone, including a truck with a trailer, and notified courtesy patrol.
