Male nonresponsive and sweating in white Toyota at school

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and EMS responded to a medical emergency in the parking lot of a school near West Red Oak Lane in Harrison, where an adult male in a white Toyota Tacoma was reportedly nonverbal, sweating heavily, and showing possible stroke-like symptoms. Mutual aid was requested when local EMS units were initially unavailable.
