Box truck reported driving in oncoming lanes

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers investigated a report of a white box truck with yellow Oregon license plates driving recklessly on Northwest Loop Road near a high school, including crossing into oncoming lanes on blind corners and traveling down the middle of the road.
