Crash alert for vehicle near Champlain Stone on Route 4

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers responded to an apparent Life360 crash detection alert for a possible motor vehicle accident near Champlain Stone on State Route 4 between the Whitehall town line and Route 22, with fire, EMS, and multiple units sent to the area. Later in the same radio traffic, a caller from out of state requested a welfare check on an adult relative with reported disabilities who may live in the Hudson Falls area and ride a bicycle to work at a Hannaford store. The crash was ultimately determined to have been triggered when a motorcycle rider apparently dropped a phone, and responding units were returned to service.
