Person in mask on bicycle reported as suspicious

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible suspicious person on a bicycle near Waterville Street and Indianapolis Street, wearing blue coveralls and a Halloween mask that made a caller feel unsafe. A nearby unit was sent to check the area.
