Reported smoke near Whitney Spur found to be dust

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported smoke sighting in a pasture area north of Whitney Spur. Responders staged near the spur and checked the area while it was raining. The smoke reportedly appeared more like dust, and crews did not see any clear signs of fire.
