As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to the North Marina pond area for a reported medical emergency involving a 27-year-old man in a vehicle who appeared to be overdosing and having a seizure. Responders moved him to the ground, began CPR, and administered multiple doses of Narcan at the scene.
