Reckless driver nearly hits two near Willard Bay

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible reckless driver in a newer black Chevy on dirt roads behind Willard Bay. The vehicle reportedly hit a ditch at high speed and nearly struck two people before leaving the area near the Smith and Edwards area.
