Multi-car crash with injuries on South Highway 89

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a multi-vehicle crash with possible injuries near the 7700 block of South Highway 89 in Box Elder County. Three to four vehicles appear to be involved, airbags deployed in at least two vehicles, and one person reportedly briefly lost consciousness while another has facial bleeding.
