Pedestrian hit by vehicle with head pain reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a parking lot near Fourth Street in Williams for a reported vehicle versus pedestrian incident, where the pedestrian had apparent head pain and was said to have passed out hours earlier.
