Semi hits vehicle and dislodges boat on I-80

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 report of a semi truck clipping another vehicle on the interstate near the Williamsburg exit, causing a boat to come off its trailer. The vehicles reportedly pulled onto the shoulder.
