Unresponsive man found in running vehicle leaves scene

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male was found unresponsive in a running vehicle near East 7th Street in Williamsburg but later woke up and left before emergency responders arrived. The vehicle was gone on arrival near the Williamsburg Senior Center.
