Dropped phone triggers false crash alarm

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a possible traffic accident reported by an automated iPhone alert near Ross Avenue in Williamsport. Responders later determined it was a false alarm caused by a dropped phone and canceled the call.
