Teen girl reported wandering near Valley Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a teenage girl in a white top and shorts wandering for about an hour near Valley Street and Sorman Avenue in Williamsport. A later status check indicated no contact was made with the reported female.
