False fire alarm at Luther Home of Mercy cottage

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a reported fire alarm activation at a care facility on North Main Street, but it was later confirmed to be a false alarm. A disabled vehicle near the area also led to a request for a tow service.
