Commercial fire alarm at Willow Springs business

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a commercial building on Willow Springs Road in Willow Springs for a reported fire alarm involving a high pressure tank room water flow system at a business identified as Universal Solutions. Additional units were also sent to a separate medical call for a person reportedly down on North Grant Street in Westmont.
