As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 hang-up and call-back in the Willowbrook area. On call-back, a woman reported that (name withheld) hit her, but she disconnected when asked to confirm the location. Units were sent to check an unknown problem/possible assault near Norwood Rd.
