Youths harassing gas station customers with recording

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a customer about two juveniles at a gas station on Wood Street who were allegedly harassing people getting gas and recording them. The juveniles, described as around nine or ten years old, were last seen leaving on foot eastbound on Wood Street.
