Parent and juvenile threaten woman with violence

As discussed during the dispatch call, a person at a location near North Shasta Street in Willows reported that, while at Cedar Hills to pick up animals, a parent and a juvenile confronted them and allegedly threatened violence. The reporting person requested to meet deputies back at the North Shasta Street location.
