Police check on suspicious bicyclists and car

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent with a police dog to an area near North Water Street and a nearby park to check on three males on bicycles and a white car reported as suspicious. One male on a bike and the vehicle were later reported near East Walnut Street, with the bicyclist possibly coming from the Northwood area.
