Tractor trailer blocking westbound lane on bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a reported road hazard involving a tractor trailer stopped in a westbound lane on the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge in New Hanover County. The fire department was advised and there was discussion about moving the vehicle out of the roadway.
