69-year-old man with COPD has breathing difficulty in Wilson

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a 69-year-old male with breathing difficulties and COPD was reported near Crescent Drive west, Wilson. The patient was reported to be in and out of consciousness and on home oxygen. Multiple emergency units were dispatched to the scene.
