Woman found lying down in vehicle at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near Glendale Drive and Tarboro Street in Wilson for a possible adult female lying down in a vehicle stopped in or near the intersection with a turn signal on. The patient was later reported to be alert and talking, with police also en route.
