Caller reports concern for missing daughter and child

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call from a woman asking about the whereabouts of her daughter and granddaughter. Records listed a prior address on East 13th Street, but she said she was in a car and repeatedly refused to give her current location or answer questions before hanging up.
