60-year-old man has second seizure at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to Trail Ten Lane in Sutherlin for a reported medical emergency involving a 60-year-old man who was having a seizure, described as his second in about 30 minutes and with a history of seizures and missed medication.
