As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to an 86-year-old woman who suffered injuries from a ground-level fall near North Loudoun Street and West Fairfax Lane. She complained of neck and elbow injuries and was still on the ground when help arrived. Medic 12 and Engine 1 were on scene.
